Agreed, but as far as I can tell this is something the office itself does not know yet :D Based on what I've seen there will be some kind of more comprehensive launch around December once stuff has been worked out. For now, just trying to tap the new resource in a limited way - have been careful in this change to keep the details a bit more low profile since it's entirely possible the new/learning team will get swamped if we put the details on a neon billboard :p

The NDC launched a new Gold Card Office, which has started to offer basic helpdesk services for new applicants or current goldcard holders using the temporary address help@taiwangoldcard.tw
Add this address in a few places where we mention general contact information, but still direct people mainly to the official contact list on the foreigntalentact website for now.
