Clarify 1099 form and link to 1099-NEC #168

There are different types of 1099 form. The one we've heard worked in the past was 1099-NEC, clarify and add a link.

I found out that the 1099 NEC form is a new form in 2020. Prior to this year, it was all on 1099-MISC
