On mobile, after the chatbot loads, scrolling doesn't work #181

On Chrome on Android,

  1. Open a link like https://taiwangoldcard.com/goldcard-holders-faq/health-insurance/
  2. Quickly, before the bot loads, try and scroll the page
  3. After the bot loads, try and scroll the page

What should happen: during steps 2&3, the same scrolling behaviour should be experienced

What happens instead: During step 2, scrolling works During step 3, scrolling does not work.
