Deactivate chatbot for now #189

Until we fix the accuracy or can properly redirect the visitor

Right now we ask them to leave an email if the bot can't respond in time. Do we still need to disable the bot? @erickhun

@matrinox sorry I've seen the 'idk" answer that keeps popping when I check the last chats - is what we see on messenger doesn't reflect what we should see?

Let me look into this. I think it didn't deploy properly

@erickhun deployed latest master, will investigate deploy issues. EDIT: fixed the deploy issue

Right now it'll say this if it fails to find an answer:
