Purge Cloudflare cache after a deploy #223

We cache static files on Cloudflare , visitors might see outdated files after we make a deploy

I've created PR #226 that partially addresses this. As mentioned in the PR It depends on an API token being configured in Cloudflare and added to the repo secrets.
