Fix for plasma 6.1 #72

The supported() part is lifted from kwin's blur.cpp.

It's a simple fix so feel free to reject this and fix it however you like, I don't need credit or anything, just want this fixed (and I use it myself)

I've made it so that it can build on both KWin <=6.0.5 and 6.0.90+. Could you check if it builds successfully on Plasma 6.1?

I can confirm that it works (build from the AUR but of course I changed the Repo-URL)
