Noise effect repeats & goes the opposite direction of the window #88

It seems that the x direction for the noise effect is flipped, so it goes past the window when I move it.

Also, there is a very distracting repeating pattern in the noise. Here I have thresholded it and highlighted two of the 'cells' where it repeats.
