Configure and implement test coverage reporting for both unit and E2E tests.

[ ] Configure coverage thresholds
[ ] Implement coverage reporting
[ ] Set up coverage visualization

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Coverage reports generated
[ ] 80% coverage threshold enforced
[ ] Coverage visualization working
[ ] Reports properly archived
