Replaced nf-mdi-home with nf-md-home #48

nf-mdi-home has been removed from the new nerd font symbols, so the default symbols should be switched to nf-md-home.

Yep, the symbol still works with nerd fonts v1.0 (haven't tested anything earlier than that :p)
