Tabling at White Plaza #9

We were hoping to do a launch event in White Plaza on Wednesday, May 4th, with decals and t-shirt giveaways and stuff.

BUT according to this page about White Plaza, "No lead time is required for tabling in White Plaza by a University department or a registered student organization. Off-campus organizations and individuals are not permitted to table or post displays or banners in White Plaza, although general flyering, including posting in approved areas and handing out flyers in White Plaza is permitted. Commercial activity is not permitted in White Plaza."

Do you think we could apply as a group/program sponsored by the CS department? If so, we have to fill out this form: http://web.stanford.edu/dept/registrar/forms/white-plaza.fb

Let's try. We have had teams do white olaza events in the past, so hopefully regulations have not changed...

Alright, so what should we fill out for Sponsoring Department on the form? Computer Science? Computer Science - CS 210?
