Suggest adding DirectActionAttribute #9

In large MVC project, there maybe several dozons of controllers, which are not 
used for ExtJS.Direct. So we need add DirectIgnoreAttribute to each controller. 
That is not reasonable. So I suggest add a DirectActionAttribute to mark 
ExtJs.Direct controller explicitly.
