Update readme for integrating version.rc into mingw build #10

We have to run windres first to produce a consumable file for gcc.

Thanks! I guess it's safe to skip it, but doesn't hurt to document it.

@taviso Yes it's safe, but having the version info in the executable is quite useful :-)
