CSS for dark mode #129

This is the CSS for #112, currently implemented via prefers-color-scheme only since I don't know how you plan to implement the manual toggle.

Sealed page and deck upload form need some work, e.g. the decklist text area still has a white background.

It doesn't work on my Chrome 75.

It says only upcoming version 76 will support it.

I'd like to make it happen, but it might be easier to wait a bit with it.

As you mentioned, things like deck upload etc. look bad, but it's a good start.
