Use frameEffects instead of frameEffect #134

Do not merge until an MTG JSON rebuild with mtgjson/mtgjson#464 is released.

This replaces all usage of frameEffect (string) with frameEffects (array of strings) and adjusts conditions accordingly.

I'd prefer if indexer supported both for now, as we'll inevitably going to use some old files for a few versions

Makes sense. This should be mergeable immediately.
