Add booster configuration for Blueprint cards #318

needed to simplify some code in the upcoming sdl promo refactoring

Each booster needs a name:, unless it has predefined name for its type (like -draft, -play etc.). What should these be named?

I'm referencing them with

    - pack:
      - code: blueprint-mk1
        set: sld

do SLD Blueprint Cards MK. 1 and SLD Blueprint Cards MK. 2 work? Scryfall calls them Blueprint Cards and Blueprints MK. 2 respectively
