I would like to be able to choose the bootstrap threshold that is required to detect an incongruency (using tpms_computation XD).
An idea to facilitate the implementation would be to detect the incongruent nodes regardless of the bootstrap and output only those with support high enough (just filter the output stream).
But, as I understand the method, this is Ok for the first pass of incongruency annotation, but for the pruning step it may be a problem since pruning or not a node has consequences on the following prunings.
