Create front end for student log #11

Create a log view that keeps a list of students a tutor has had sessions with. A tutor will only be able to create the query and view their own list. Admin can run the query for all tutors all be allowed to edit results.

As of now, a tutor can leave a note only for a given session. This will allow the tutor to view a history of notes he/she left for a specific student.
