fransfer limits #113

not really an issue, more a question: what are the Transfer limits on the fluid and kinesis version of the phased pipe?

Sure, I'm pretty sure that it's 200 mB per tick per pipe for the liquid teleport pipes. The power teleport pipe is the same as a Diamond Kinesis Pipe, 10240 RF per tick per pipe.
