Fix missed recipe for "Item Teleport Pipe"

Oh, sorry, somehow I totally didn't see this request until now.

The thing is, the teleport pipe already has a recipe: 4 pulsating chipsets and 8 diamond pipes in the Assembly Table. This isn't a glitch, it's a balance issue. Or is the assembly table recipe not working for you?
