Adding sensor code to OS217
The main goals:
Additional 3 sensors inputs
Improve flow meter
Implement water flow and current flow monuitoring and alarming
Soil sensors handling: station and program banning based on the signal .
More detailed logging
Upload logs to a cloud server
eliminate the port forwarding using the cloud server to communicate with UI
