I would leave address information out of scope, I think an address is better modelled as part of an organisation, not part of a collection. This is a collection description standard, not a standard describing organisations. But if it is included it should be clear whether it is a visiting address (for visits) or a postal address (for loans), if different from visiting address. Where in principle there can be multiple addresses, I would allow only a 'main address'.
Is there some reason this isn't just a Contact Detail Category? Why is it special as compared to any other contact information?
