Update json examples and schema to reflect term changes #413

Changes need to be reflected in /examples/class-level json examples and /standard/json-schema

  1. Identifier.source -> Identifier.identifierSource (ref #404)
  2. ObjectClassification.objectClassificationParent has been deleted (ref #407)
  3. Definitions updated for several properties:

    • 403

    • 400

    • 405

    • 399

    • 402
