Adds the following terms to ltc_skos_mapping.csv, ltc_standard_terms_draft.csv and ltc_datatypes.csv.

@mswoodburn - I've tagged you to review this mainly for the skos_mapping side. These terms were all exactMatches with the dwc equivalents, as far as I could tell, but required a few edits to each term's Usage text to avoid explicit references to the location being 'where the objects in the collection originated'. I basically copied the way you handled this for dwc:continent, and have added the seven terms, their mappings + accompanying notes to the working spreadsheet on the SKOS mapping tab along with the others.
This PR relates to #425, but doesn't close it because I couldn't remember if we were including ecoRegion or not. Will do another PR to close the issue once I get confirmation.
