Add csv_to_json_spec.py script - to prep LtC JSON-Schema files that incorporate extra requirements defined in a spec (e.g. DiSSCo Registry-related spec)
Fix handling for repeatable terms vs repeatable classes
Leave original (manually-written) standard/json-schema files alone
