This is a boolean! So we need to change the term name to ‘isDerivedCollection’ and datatype/examples to match.
We also need to beef up the usage notes to make the purpose of this class clear:
true → indicates that the record is/was generated as a synthesis of previously digitised specimen level records.
null → is a valid value and indicates that you do not know how the record was constructed and/or haven’t had time to check yet. It indicates that the user of the record should investigate further. If you need to qualify further use “notes”.
false → is most often the default state and indicates explicitly that the record was NOT created as a synthesis of previously digitised records.
