ObjectGroup.alternativeCollectionName - fix required/repeatable flags #452

Looks like these flags were transposed when this term was added to ltc_standard_terms_draft.csv - required needs to be corrected to No and repeatable needs to be corrected to Yes

Fixed, and term deifnition updated slightly to reflect that there can be more than one alternativeCollectionName.
