Reviewers recommended the use of one or more instances of ltc:TemporalCoverage instead of explicit 'startAtTime' and 'endedAtTime' fields.

[x] Remove the old startedAt/endedAt properties from PersonRole
[x] Add PersonRole.hasTemporalCoverage
[x] Add a PersonRole-relevant example to TemporalCoverage.temporalCoverageType (Period role occupied or similar?)
