We want to remove the existing explicit property for a RecordLevel identifier and encourage the use of hasIdentifer instead. Rationale: We may have more than one PID per record, so the current collectionDescriptionPID property won't because it isn’t repeatable.
[x] Get rid of collectionDescriptionPID field
[x] Make RecordLevel.hasIdentifier mandatory (min length of 1) and add a recommendation in the notes that each RecordLevel instace really should have a PID with identifierValue = ‘ltc PID’ or whatever we’re calling this.
