Added EcologicalContext #489

Added new class and properties, moved Event.habitat, deleted GeographicContect.salinityType and ResourceRelationship.resourceRelationshipID. Also resorted term csvs in class (if present) -> property alphabetical order to make diffs especially fun. Closes issues #487 #486 #488 #484
