Extract toaster plugin

It may be desirable to extract the toaster plugin into an own npm package.

Benefits:

• Streamline annoto, thus improving maintainability
• Ability to reuse the package

Drawback:

• May slow us down because code has to be changed in two repositories and another dependency has to be kept up-to-date
• Open questions: How to deal with the inkline dependency? What to do when we switch to sth different (e.g. bootstrap)?
