Add support for new camera layout and add more supported tags #175

Purpose The purpose of this addition is to support the new camera setup. We need to tune the trust regions for each camera based on the tag in view and the estimated position from that camera.

We should also potentially consider incorporating the source tags since we are driving near those a fair amount, and because they are dual tags.
