Fixing the issue with the previous PR

@digitalsleuth can you rebase this, I just fixed the tests, so if you rebase and force push, we should see if we get a clean test run.

Trying, but it's not working for some reason. The rebase looks like it works, but then doesn't acknowledge the updates.

I don't think it worked the way it should have. Can you confirm?
