For the field names you can name them sec1p1, sec5p3, etc.

The impact report screen should only show up in Enrollment has impactReport: true field.

Ideally we save the details of the impact report into another field in Enrollment document, maybe impactReportResults and that could just be a dictionary of all the fields and the values.
