Call to the API OpenAI for:

2 Questions by OpenAI and 1 question that the teacher could add by him/herself more that the teacher could fill.

Observations:

Persist the questions into the database
Offer to the teacher the chance to approve or reject the questions.
If reject, request feedback and offer another question or show the space to enter a new one.
