In particular, I'm aware videos are likely to use a lot of memory and block threads.

How many concurrent workers can one dyno hold?
What happens when threads are blocking? What is the timeout?
Thus, what is our everything-breaks scenario? 4 boxes posting videos simultaneously?

For a 22M video, the worker dyno's memory usage goes up by that amount

The web worker is about 110Mb on startup and appears to have its memory increased by more than the size of the video each time. I suppose that's two uploads, one to the worker, one to S3.

So I think we need at least 3 workers
