設定にキャラクター名の変更と表示/非表示を追加 #73

設定画面にキャラクター名の変更ＵＩと表示ON/OFFの切り替えＵＩを追加しました。

表示OFFにするとメイン画面のみ名前を非表示にします。

ご相談事項

・UIとしてここが適当かどうか ・（完全に自分用に追加しましたが）名前非表示機能が必要かどうか

また、取りあえずでメインブランチにプルリク投げていますが運用ルールあれば従います。

onoffで切り替えられるのであっても良いかなと思います！
