Upgrade PL/v8 to 3.2.2 #637

Upgrade to xlarge-16x16 for the build, as it otherwise can use too much memory during the build and be OOM killed.

Actually, there is no Coffee or Livescript in v3.2. Maybe this should be killed off and we should just go with #639?
