After using the flowjo downsampler, cannot upload to tercen

To reproduce:

• Create a workspace with 2 samples
• Apply the Downsample plugin to these samples
• Add the tercen connector to the newly created subpopulations
• Double click on a connector and upload both populations

The problem is that the csv files that are generated don't have exactly the same column names. This is caused by the downsample plugin that adds a description to the channel name. Example:

• DownsampleDP :: (Event #%87) - 0.5 + (Event #/(262774 + 1))
• DownsampleDP :: (Event #%76) - 0.5 + (Event #/(229585 + 1))

Right now the plugin can't handle multiple csv files that don't have (exactly) the same header. Since we are merging these files into 1 file, before the upload to Tercen has started. My proposed solution:

• Compare column names
• If the number of columns is equal, check each column. If the part before the double colon is equal, don't give an error. If it's not equal, give an error.
