As a site visitor, I can get a quotation so that I can find out the cost of my restoration project

Acceptance Criteria:

The user can select item to be restored from the dropdown menu and view quote details.

Tasks:

[x] Create/adjust tables to accommodate quotation for restoration
[x] Create view for model form
[x] Add url
[x] Create AJAX scripts to implement dropdowns
[x] Create JS script to extract the data and show product detail for selected product
