This PR depends on https://github.com/testinprod-io/erigon-interfaces/pull/14

https://github.com/ledgerwatch/erigon/pull/8829 was reverted in the upstream v2.55 but we should restore this in the v2.56: https://github.com/testinprod-io/op-erigon/pull/154/commits/ecad0273ac08bad2af85686e6c1d13ea6b85c702
need to check this line
- Add 2 secs for now. same with (https://github.com/testinprod-io/op-erigon/pull/111/commits/801fbdd39c301997c2cc2b169d12d327486413d6)
cherry-picked https://github.com/ledgerwatch/erigon/pull/9251 to pass CI
