Labels are not added to the bulk selection of suites #1070

Describe the bug Labels are not added to the mass selection of suites

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the error:

  1. Go to the Tests page
  2. Select multiple suites
  3. Click the Label button on the bottom panel
  4. Select the desired label in the modal window

Expected behavior The label should be applied to both the suites and the tests within the suites.

Actual behavior Labels are not applied. If labels are applied to each suite individually, they are only set for the tests within the suite.

This behavior is not obvious. Labels are added differently in different places 😑

I found problem with websockets. They are not returned
