System uploads user avatar incorrectly #760

Describe the bug When the user uploads an account avatar, the photo stretches and becomes blurry (but in the console it looks normal). The user cannot delete an avatar. The user cannot upload another photo.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. The user is logged in.
  2. Click on the round user button right in the header.
  3. Choose "Account"
  4. Click on the button "User avatar"
  5. Upload a photo and save it.

Actual result: The avatar photo blurred. The user can delete it. When trying to upload a new photo, the system leaves a previous one, but the name of the photo is changed.

Expected behavior The system has saved the avatar.

We still need to improve avatar uploading.
