Page is scrolled up on clicking any ID #980

Describe the bug On clicking any ID (folder / test suite / test case), the page is scrolled up

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have some items added to a project
  2. Scroll down the page
  3. Open any item (folder / test suite / test case)
  4. Click on the ID and observe the scroll behavior

Expected behavior The page is not scrolled up on clicking any ID and remains focused in the same zone
