Abbreviate long text blocks

I just added a feature that lets authors quickly "abbreviate" long text blocks by bracketing text with tags, like this:

* UK Open Data White Paper: Unleashing the Potential. Published in 2012, this paper presents a detailed approach to the U.K.'s plan to unlock the potential of Open Data. The plan consists of three general steps: enhancing access to and strengthening data usability; building trust in public data; and providing smarter, more effective capabilities to use and share data. Objectives and potential outcomes of the plan include getting more data into the public domain, and ensuring that data are accurate, shared responsibly and easy to use and obtain.

In the wiki, the tags appear italicized, making them easy to spot. But on the toolkit they are hidden and a "more" link is automatically inserted before them.

I've added a couple of examples in the "Discussion & Guidance" section under Open Data Policies showing how this works.

Finished tagging the four sections with affected text blocks: Policies, Benefits, Supply, and Technical Assistance. Question re: Supply section: In subsection Data Governance/Project OD Implementation Guide, tried to tag the intro to the bullets and the bullets themselves, but the bullets didn't tag -- not sure why. Also, in Tech Assistance section, the Open Transport entry is still in early draft form, so I did not tag. I did not tag the Demand section, either, as it has unresolved questions that affect content.

Hmm: looks like the editor is "correcting" your tags when they span multiple paragraph/list blocks. I'll remove the tag for now and figure out another way around it. Thanks.
