Hi Tim, I reviewed fr translation, pretty good only I suggest to always use "Données Ouvertes" for "Open Data" and not "Libre Accès" or the English term. The term ODRA was also incorrectly translated to "maturity assessment tool". Common translation is "Évaluation de l'état de préparation à une initiative de données ouvertes".
Otherwise some few typos and incorrect use of word but that's all.
