Update ZooKeeper Server Versions #105

Tested ZooKeeper server versions are currently 3.5.4-beta and 3.4.10. These should be updated to 3.5.5 and 3.4.14 (the latest). Support for the 3.4 line should probably be dropped at some point, but not today.
