[Bug] GUT is broken #195

When the latest build runs we get broken CICD tests in double: https://github.com/the-mirror-gdp/the-mirror/actions/runs/9373850588/job/25810395284

Upstream GUT has a reported bug for this https://github.com/bitwes/Gut/issues/616

This blocks our CICD, so what I'll do is disable GUT from the CI for now until the upstream bug in engine or gut is fixed.
