Guidelines: Include Cinema4D in Guidelines #32

In our guidelines for export of the files, we don't have anything about Cinema4D yet, what was mentioned by one of the survey participants:

"Cinema4D is not part of the guidlines. Therefore I could not use them"

Anyone owns Cinema4D? I don't even know it.

@thedworak @igorbajena Cologne and LMU Munich wanted to provide us with the Speyer Synagoge in Cinema 4D. So I could ask them to prepare Guidelines for Cinema4D for us
