Hallo, I wanna ask if its possible for you to upload the code used for data-integration of ATAC-sequencing data with LIGER :)

Hi @AndreasHHaugaard, Please check out the scib-pipeline repo for the code for all integration runs. As all integration runs were done with the same pipeline (for scRNA-seq and scATAC), we don't have a separate script for a particular integration run.
