Documentation set-up for love-simple-ui project.

Proposed Changes

The documentation folder is a scaffold for the documentation process of the Love-Simple-UI application. The folder is set up from Docusaurus(React doumentation tool) and will be use for organizing and sharing information on the love-simple-ui application. The documentation is a crucial for interested contibutors and users to be able to understand how the love-simple-ui package works.

Yes, it's the set up so that anyone can contribute in adding documentation to it

Also, is there an existing docs? if not, I was thinking we could create an outline(draft) for people to work with in adding documentation for the project
